What is your Return Policy?
All returned parts must be in new condition and in original packaging. Returns must be requested within twenty (20) business days of purchase. We do not offer refunds on hoses or electrical parts. We do not pay for return shipping on items unless the wrong part was sent or the item is damaged. All refunds will be made in original form of purchase within five to ten (5-10) business days of refund approval.
Note: By buying items shipped LTL (less than truckload), you have acknowledged that Varner Parts does not pay return freight for such items. It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges if you want to return such items.
Note: If items were damaged upon arrival, please contact us to report such damages. Do not return the item to us. Within ten (10) business days, take pictures of damages to the item(s) and packaging if applicable and email to us at support@varnerparts.com. Be sure to reference your order number. This will allow us to properly file an insurance claim for damaged items. We will replace any damaged items within five to ten (5-10) business days upon notification of damages.
What is your Return Procedure?
You can request your refund by writing us at support@varnerparts.com. Include your order number, full name, and reason you are returning product(s). If your part was damaged, see special instructions below. If you were sent the incorrect part, we will within two (2) business days email you a link to download a USPS return label. Simply print the label and bring it along with the order you want to return to your nearest USPS servicing location. Many shipping establishments can print the label onsite as well. Be certain to obtain a tracking number for your shipment. If your return meets the standards outlined in our Return Policy, you will be refunded in the original form of purchase within five to ten (5-10) business days of refund approval.
